Returns & exchanges

All listed standard designs and sizes can be purchased directly. This includes standard pieces made after ordering when stock is unavailable. Returns and exchanges are accepted for these standard pieces: contact us and ship the item back within 15 days of delivery. Oh Handmade covers return shipping for approved returns. A 10% restocking fee applies. Please contact us for return instructions before sending it back. Any loss in value, if the item is not returned in its original condition, is agreed with the seller. Only additional custom sizes, colors, layouts or designs individually agreed with us are excluded from ordinary returns, exchanges or cancellations after the custom order is placed.
