Shipping is free for U.S. orders. For U.S. orders, if your piece is in stock in our U.S. warehouse, we dispatch it within 1–2 business days; estimated transit is 3–7 business days after dispatch.

If it is not in stock or is custom-made, please allow approximately 1 week (7 calendar days) for production, followed by approximately 3 calendar days for dispatch from China after production is complete. Estimated transit from China is 15–45 calendar days after dispatch. Orders for other destinations also ship from China; shipping charges apply outside the United States. All listed standard designs and sizes, including pieces made after ordering when stock is unavailable, have a 15-day eligible return window. We cover approved return shipping; a 10% restocking fee applies. Only additional custom sizes, designs or other individually agreed custom changes are excluded from ordinary returns, exchanges and cancellations.
