Shipping policy

Shipping to the United States is free for all products, with no additional-item shipping charge. Shipping outside the United States is not free at this time. Please contact our customer service team to confirm shipping costs for your destination before ordering.

Processing and transit time

Two listed round moss-art designs, in both 12-inch and 16-inch sizes, are held in our U.S. warehouse. For U.S. orders of these in-stock pieces, we dispatch within 1–2 business days. Estimated transit after dispatch is 3–7 business days.

All other listed standard designs can be purchased directly and are made after ordering in China. Production takes approximately 1 week (7 calendar days). Once production is complete, please allow approximately 3 calendar days for dispatch from China. Estimated transit is 15–45 calendar days after dispatch.

Additional custom sizes or designs are also accepted after we agree on the details before ordering. We confirm the schedule for these custom requests; the general estimate is approximately 1 week of production, approximately 3 calendar days for dispatch after production, then 15–45 calendar days in transit.

Orders for other destinations ship from China, with estimated transit of 15–45 calendar days after dispatch. Please contact our customer service team to confirm destination availability, shipping costs and timing before ordering.

Production, dispatch processing and transit are separate stages. Production and dispatch processing are not included in transit time. China dispatch and transit estimates use calendar days; U.S. warehouse estimates use business days. All times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
