Yes, start by sharing the product link and the changes you have in mind. You can also send reference images. We will confirm which dimensions, materials and design changes are possible before you order.
How long will making and delivery take?
Pieces not currently in stock, including standard designs and additional custom designs, generally take approximately 1 week (7 calendar days) to make. Once production is complete, allow approximately 3 calendar days for dispatch from China, followed by an estimated 15–45 calendar days in transit after dispatch. For U.S. orders, pieces in stock in our U.S. warehouse dispatch within 1–2 business days, with an estimated 3–7 business days in transit. Production, dispatch processing and transit are separate stages. We confirm the expected schedule for your design before you order; these are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
What should I know before placing an order?
You can purchase all listed standard designs and available sizes directly. For additional custom dimensions, materials or design changes, agree on the details, price and timing with us before ordering.
Listed standard designs and sizes, including pieces made after ordering when stock is unavailable, are eligible for return within 15 days of receipt, subject to the full return policy. We cover approved return shipping; a 10% restocking fee applies. Only additional custom sizes, designs or other individually agreed custom changes are excluded from ordinary returns, exchanges and cancellations.
